If you ask yourself where is the Dye Vendor location in Diablo 3 Act 1, know that you must go in the region called Lonely Dwelling and enter in the House of Curios. The n the table you will find Adenah's Jottings, which will tell you a short story about what happened there. If you talk with Adenah the Curio Vendor, you can buy some good items for your level and some Dyes as follows:
All Soaps Miraculous Dye
Aquatic Dye
Vanishing Dye
Spring Dye
Winter Dye
These are the first Dyes found in Diablo 3. In the Beta this Vendor in not accessible, unless you have the waypoints past the gate of the Cemetery of the Forsaken (which are no longer available). Bellow you'll find a video with the Dye Vendor's location in Diablo 3 Act 1.
