Skills:

 1. Tundra Blast: Glacius assaults a group of enemies with an explosion of ice. All enemies hit by the explosion are damaged and have their movement and attack speed slowed.
2. Ice Imprisonment: Glacius encases a target enemy unit in ice. The target unit is frozen solid, rendering it unable to move or attack. The target unit takes damage over time while frozen. If an ally is frozen, they are protected by ice.
3. Chilling Presence: Glacius helps his allies remain cool in the face of danger, giving them a clear and calm mind. Increases Mana regeneration to all allied Heroes no matter where they are on the map.
4. Glacial Downpour: Glacius showers the area around him with shards of ice. The shards will randomly strike around Glacius, slowing the attack and movement speed of nearby enemies and dealing intense damage to them.

Glacius Hon Guide:

Glacius in Heroes of Newerth is an INT based character which means that sometimes you will have to play as support. Of course it depends on your team, but some of the times if there are only DDs, Glacius will have to play the role of the support. When you play support you will have to put wards on the map so that your team can see where the enemies are and gank them. Also, you will have to make certain items to help your team. As shoes, I say Striders are the best option for Glacius.

Also, if you have some money you can make a Fortified Bracer for more HP and then upgrade it into Astrolabe. Another thing you should consider is making a Staff of the Master for increased ultimate power and a Shrunken Head to not get interrupted while casting ultimate. Of course, this items are quite expensive so you will need to manage your income well.

You will use your 2nd skill to freeze your enemies for few seconds, time in which your team deals damage and also your first skill can be used to slow down enemies in a radius in case they try to run. After level 6, when you have your ultimate ready and you see your team going for gank, go and help them. Glacius's ultimate really deals nice damage and also applies slow, so it will help your team a lot.

This hero is good in early game because of the high damage, but it's not really kick-ass in late game. But if you enjoy playing support chars, then it shouldn't be a problem. In the end, support chars make the game! Also, because your Hp is not as much as a tanker's, try to keep a "low profile" : stay in the back, hit and run, try to take as less damage from your enemies as possible.
